6. Eligibility & Prohibited Sales

BioSource Peptides does not sell to individuals for personal use. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe intends to use products in an unlawful manner or for human consumption. Orders may be cancelled at our sole discretion without cause.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
